Chrystal was great and really patient with us. She listened to what we were looking for and she had a lot of knowledge about the area we were interested in. It took several months for us to find a place. And when we eventually did it was a short-sale which took 6 more months to hear back on. During the waiting game she continued to find houses for us to look at “just in case” and kept us updated on the status of our short-sale. Fortunately, the short-sale worked out in large part to Chrystal’s persistence with the selling agent and the bank to get approval on our offer.
